I'm thinking of getting more into competitive freediving and few questions popped into my mind. It is often said that anaerobic exercises give bigger results than aerobic, so...

1. Does that mean lifting weights? Or doing exercises while holding breath?

2. Are there any different styles of yoga other than pranayama? (Wouldn't any yoga help as it helps relax the body?)

3. Anyone use sauna in their training?
