These classes are out of Ft Lauderdale. I live in Orlando and Southwest has super cheap flights ($68+tax) round trip. The Intro class is 45$ and the Training Program is bi-monthly @ $25 a session. Both are hour long sessions.

Has anyone done either of these programs? Comments? For $25/45 I don't think there's much to lose at all - but after plane ticket and it looks like hotel (no later flights - would have to catch one first thing next day :() it gets a little more pricey - but not unreasonable.

Looking for any and all comments/advice on these courses!

Thanks!

I attend the monofin training session every other Wednesday along with four or five others. It's a great session for proper technique. A great instructor as well.

Thanks for the reply! Could you provide an overview of the course and any other details you think might be relevant?

Also, if you are familiar with the area - how bad is the commute from the Ft Lauderdale airport - and any recommended (cheap) hotels nearby?

Thanks a bunch!

great class , I toke it this week .
silly of me I tought I just need to buy a monofin, and train myself .
learn proper tecnic from a world class freediver is priceless .
and I make so many mistakes, like I didn't train myself and learn and fix BAD habits.
now I know what to correct, and train for, even Martin will send a video of each of us, with notes
and corrections .....

will take the next one for sure.
