Hi All,

I've narrowed my choices down to one of these two places. Seems like either will be fantastic, but I wonder if anyone has advice or suggestions regarding these places. One thing I'm really hoping for is easy shore diving to ~30m; someplace I can just hop in the water for a short swim but long dive. Also, seems like the coral might be more "impressive" at Tavenui. Any advice on places to go, things to watch out for, places to stay (on the cheap side) would be welcome. I'll be there in October.

Thanks,
hawkeye parker

How was this trip? I'm very curious. I will be spending the month of December in Fiji and was looking at these same islands. Hopefully you can help me figure out which islands to visit.

Thanks
