Curious what items others keep in their bags. I have a couple places that require long hikes to access quiet or remote spots. I have basics, fins, lube, suit, 2 knives, 2 weight belts, save a dive kit, defog, 2 pair fin socks, sunglass case, sunscreen, spears. Any additions you guys can think of or suggestions would be appreciated. I was thinking maybe a compact first aid kit?

Sounds like a good list. My bag is pretty much the same, I also have gloves, a whistle and a flag in my bag. A first aid kit isnt a bad idea. But when diving, I like to think the more simple.
