Fin size with 3mm socks?

Hello, i'm after my first pair of freediving fins and have decided to go with the cressi gara 3000ld. From what i can gather the general rule is go up a size with 3/4mm socks. Im generally a size 9uk in normal shoes so was wondering what size to go for with the garas as ill be wearing them with 3mm socks.
I know theres a few other posts on this but any advice would be apreciated,
Cheers!
Rich

Usually it's one size larger with 3mm sock.
If it's 42-43 for barefoot, You will need 44-45.
However the pocket size is different from brand to brand. Therefore I suggest you try it in a local store.

Thanks for the advice, unfortunately no where local stocks them but I found a fella on here who runs venture sports (spearfishingstore.co.uk) really really helpful and i ended up going with the 44-45 lovely fit, cant wait to get them wet now!
Dive safe!
