Hi
I have read different opinions on how to take the final breath before a dive.
1. some say breathing through the nose is better
2. some say , do not fill your lungs to the maximum because it causes tension on the stomach
3. some say take a deep breath but slowly

Any recommendations.
thanks.

It depends what you're doing of course. For a lot of training/practice or messing around underwater, you won't need to completely fill your lungs as you won't need that much air.

Hi
Dont quite get it , if I want to get more time underwater , to more I fill the more I stay , is that not so.
The ultimate purpose is to be able to hold under water as long as possible.

Yes, you're right, if maximum time is what you want to acheive.
