Fins for Wide Feet

Sporasub footpocket 44-46 size will fit perfect with 3mm sock. If you want thicker sock go up to 46-48 but maybe too large. I have the same shoesize, body built you have and Sporas have been my favourites for over 15 years. The only problem is that you will likely have to upgrade the blade to a carbon or fiberglass one. Obviously you can't go wrong with any other good quality fin either (OMER, Picasso) but I know Spora will likely work for you

I have the same problem..I think...I usually get cramps under my feet after about 45min- 1 hour because the footpockets are too tight sideways and are pushing to hard on the sides of my feet. I dont know about American shoesizes but SporaSub has the most comfotable ( least unscomfortable ) footpocket for me....also try to get socks that have "skin" on the outside and use soap to get the fins on. To get the sock in properly helps...
