just thought id share my trip which i just had, bear in mind that i am still a beginner. Went to falmouth today to try somewhere i haven't been before, the vis wasnt great with about 3 meters visibility. Iwas told its a bit early for bass yet but it was either get in the water or help the wife clean... easy choice.
I managed to hit the only bass i saw right through the gill plate and get it on the fish keep, unfortunately it was the only one but really excited none the less.
Any comments/ views/ tips are always welcome as im always learning.
