hello everyone, i am posting to help decide between the following guns as my first speargun.
i have been spearfishing since last summer and only a couple of days ago got back into the water now that it is warming up.
i spear around the sutherland area, shark island in cronulla, botany bay (la perouse, kurnell).
visibility is a flip of the coin can be nice and clear or dirty and cloudy.
i dont usually dive any deeper than 10m, id say im usually at the 5m mark.
mainly rock hopping and under rocks.
ive narrowed down my chocies to the undersee phantom, the atlantis vertex sg51, jbl carbine, seac arrow 75, ocean hunter sgs 800, esclapez imersion 90.
and anything else in that price range that i can find.
please leave any details about the above guns, or recommendations on what type of gun to go for for the above hunting conditions. any help is appreciated.
Matthew
