I placed my very first order from Scubastore.com about two weeks ago, my products were set to arrive between Sep 22 and Sep 28.
Now i receive a message informing me about a delay/stock problems although it was in stock the first time i ordered it.
I've seen some negative reviews about Scubastore.com regarding stock and shipment on the forums, but i thought it can't happen with every order, and baam my time to serve patience with them!

The goal of this thread is to share a detailed experience with Scubastore.com hoping it will help someone who's willing to purchase from them.

Hmm not sure that this is the right area for this. We've had a few scubastore.com/DiveInn.com threads before, from other dissatisfied customers. They don't always screw up but it happens way too often, perhaps more often than not?

The delays are completely understandable. Wait until you wait for a much delayed order and one of your items that you paid for is not there, and they dont believe you and you cant get a refund. And of course you had to pay heavy import fees on the item that was not there, and you had to pay shipping for the item that was not there. That is when the real scubastore fun begins. Oh so fun. Then you get to have fun contacting them and sending you a computer generated response about something other than your missing item. The fun never ends with scubastore... i just purchased a shaft from them five minutes ago btw lol

I'd always use PayPal with Scubastore.com, or anyone that accepts PayPal, for PayPal has much better consumer protection process than other credit cards in my experience.

Thank you all for your insights.
I have received the items after 33 days of the order placement. The goods came well packaged in one box and wrapped with bubble wrap. I have replaced the mechanism on my speargun. Going to try it and the new mask tomorrow.
