First time poster not sure if i'm in the right section, please redirect me if i'm wrong.

Traveling to Eygpt in September is it better for me bring my own gear from home (Australia), or just rent out some gear when i get there?
Obliviously i'll most likely bring my mask and snorkel because i'm used to it, but i don't really want to have to go to a dive shop in every spot i go to rent out fins and weights etc. Also aiming to have a tight budget and don't want to spend money on rentals if they are too dear.

Extra info: I'm hoping to be spending the majority of my time in sinai and the red sea coast probably about 20 days before traveling to inner Egypt and traveling up the Nile to Cairo, so if i brought my gear i would be lugging it for a few days while i'm not near the coast line at all.

Any tips would be awesome thanks!
