My name is Carlos Alonso. Like most everyone else I am a freediver and spearfishermen. I belong to a Florida Broward County group called Longfins. I also write a column for Miami Sports Magazine. In this publication under the heading of "One Breath" I write about freediving/spearfishing. My articles are mostly about the local Dade, Broward, Palm Beach County and extending to Monroe County (Florida Keys). I have been involved in the sport since I was a boy. My purpose is to promote the sport and the healthy lifestyle of free diving/ spearfishing. I extended my knowledge with a level 2 freediving class from Martin Stepanek. I welcome feedbacks Thanks.
