From an article in The Telegraph (Meet Comet the goldfish - he can play football and limbo dances - Telegraph)
Comet the goldfish may be the world's most intelligent fish after its owner, Dean Pomerleau, trained it to perform a range of aquatic activities.

Comet can play football, basketball and even limbo dance under a bar.

The genius of the water world can also play fetch with a hoop, slalom around a series of poles and push a rugby ball over a set of posts.

"There is mounting evidence that fish are more intelligent than people give them credit for," the fish training expert said.
I admit that when quickly reading it first (to my excuse - I just have an infection in one of my eyes :) ), I saw "There is mounting evidence that fish are more intelligent than most people" and was wondering where the fish trainer lives. It was the U.S.A., so it explained it all. Finally the following quote comes from the President of the USA and confirms that theory:
”I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully.”
George W. Bush
More of such excellent wisdom from the man can be found here.
