I'm hoping to get some fool proof recipes for sauce to put on top of fish.
For two reasons
1) for fish that might not be the tastiest.
2) for presentation when serving fish to guests.
I tried making a sauce the other day, my wife liked it
but I didn't. I've looked on the net and there are many,
but what to choose.
You guys must have some tried and tested favourites.
This could be a good thread dedicated just for sauces.
