if i get in this price float line?
what the cost of shipping to israel?
what the materials thats made of(resistance)?

You can enter the item in our shopping cart and you can check shipping without placing the order. the float is nylon exterior with a plastic bladder.

Something like a 'Cressi Technical Inflatable Float with Dive Flag' will work well. Depending on the size of fish you're hunting. In Australia I used to use a ronstan float with ski line. It was easily strong enough to support me and I made a stainless steel stringer that hung from it to keep the tax men away. You can always attach some d-rings with karabinas to clip gear to.

I personally went for a Bullet hard foam Buoy as both inflatable and plastic Buoys once they get a hole in them are for the bin where as with a foam Buoy you will never have that problem. You can buy them set up for spearfishing but i made my own as i was not happy with the design of the ones i viewed online and i could make my own one cheaper.
