I'm with you though... being able to climb up on the float or air mat is a great respite for catching some rays and warmth.

damn right Jefe! the only way to go when the Air's hot and the water's not.

I want to make a long foam float - like the rob allen style - but maybe 12" round and 48" long. should be nice and easy to climb up on. and the long "hull" would have little drag. have no idea how to go about it....

on a side note, decided to get off my ass and go to school. Almost hit a Moose. Big Cow and Calf. see what happens when I try to learn? :naughty

they walk across the campus all the time...
