foot cramps

Anybody else out there have problems with foot cramps?? I've started having a lot of them, even after going to softer fins and getting is better shape. Any solutions? Has anybody tried foot inserts like you might put in your shoes?

Foot cramps appear regularly with me in the pool NOT wearing any fins. Prehaps it's not much a question of your feet being squeezed by your fins?

To me it happens too in the pool, even without fins. I think it has something to do with dehydratation or deficient nutrition (vitamins, minerals).

Just a thought but could it possibly be ur style of swimming and finning, perhaps youre twisting your foot into an awkward position or something.
It could also be a heat factor, perhaps youre not warm enough while in the water. Maybe try a extra mil to your booties or stretch your feet muscles by sitting on a bench and pointing your toes and push your foot down and to the sides before a session.
