Yesterday i did a few dives to 25 meters on (low volume of air), I used my diaphram to push the air to clear. and today now my lungs are super sore. Is that a good way to train to pull air out of your lungs for deeper full inhale dive.

I also have little idea how the Mouth full Technique works but i dont dive very deep.

World class freedivers take it easy on me im just a teenager trying to get as much information

I don't know of anybody who can dive to 25m on empty lungs using Valsalva. If you could push air up with your diaphragm, then your lungs wouldn't have been empty.

'Empty' is normally taken to mean literally empty, i.e. a forceful exhale at the surface before you dive, but there is also 'FRC' which is a passive, relaxed exhale. FRC is usually the way to go, especially to begin with, but there isn't necessarily a correct way of doing it because it depends what you're trying to work on and what kind of chest flexibility you have. Definitely best to start with FRC if you're not used to exhale diving. Even on FRC, equalising 'pushing with your diaphragm' to 25m is exceptionally good - I couldn't do it. Despite this it's also a pretty bad idea because of the amount of tension it creates and if you have a sore chest it's an indication you really pushed it. Mouthfill is much safer because you squeeze the air out just once at a moderate depth (like 5m) and then relax your chest the rest of the way. There's quite a lot of information on here on the mouthfill technique and FRC diving.
