frc or inhale for beginner?
Hi all !
Got this on my mind, been reading some about exhale/inhale dive technices and my question is, as am new to freediving can i experiment with both typpes of technices or should i focus on 1, and if i do experiment with both will my progress suffer from doing both? i read that ppl that been doing inhale and gone over to frc has hard time doing as good on inhale after adapting to frc, but as i understand it, inhale gives more divetime? which is better suited for me as a new diver, am really liking what i read about frc although i want as much bottom time i can get.
Great full for any replies.
