Hi
I am planning to organise free diving trip to Belize or Honduras next winter, I will be there in february for a month to check it out.
But if anybody have infos on the next points , it would be great.
-Is winter a good season, clear water, temperature, current and wind?
-Is it possible from the coast to rich nice dive site by boat and places with 50/ 60 metres depth in about half an hour?
Any others information that you would think about would be great!
Thank's for your time

I remember hearing that Belize has some of the clearest water in the Caribbean, but that the reefs are far offshore. Something like 50 miles or a couple of hours by boat? I don't know anything about Honduras, sorry.
When researching where to go to in the Caribbean I ended up going to Bonaire, Netherlands Antilles because it has excellent shore diving all year.
