Free diving buddy in Cape Town and Durban

Hi everyone

I'm looking for a Free diving buddy and Training partner in Cape Town or Durban who loves free diving and is interested in competing.

I've been in Thailand for the last 4 months and i'm returning home after competing here in a comp. I'm not too sure if there are many comps in SA but i'm still really keen to get training even if it's just to improve my spearfishing.

If anyone knows anything about competative free diving in SA please let me know.

Hellen Garner is in Durban and she may be able to point you in some directions. The UKZN under water club is in the process of starting an apnea league.
