I took up freediving after starting work as a hostie to avoid the problems of flying/scuba. I would regularly freedive in the morning and fly in the afternoon or vise versa and after 24 years of it Im still here with no problems (though Im sure many would argue otherwise :t ) If your worrried about it dont go to deep but 30 metres should be fine. Anyways after flying is fine its the before that may cause problems
