I've recently moved to Scotland (Lossiemouth) and I've tried to find some free-dive courses but not had any luck. Are there any individual instructors up that way or within a not too crazy distance away?

Finding free-diving courses directly in Lossiemouth can be challenging, but a great option is Selkie Freediving, located in Inverness, which is about an hour's drive away. Run by instructor Hannah Wright, they offer beginner courses, including open water sessions in the Highlands. While other providers like peryourhealth login Mara Adventures and Freedom Diving also offer freediving, they are located farther away on the West Coast or near Stirling. You might also find valuable local contacts by reaching out to local scuba clubs, such as the Burghead Sub Aqua Club, which are active in the Moray Firth area.
You can try Selkie Freediving, run by Hannah, which offers courses in the Highlands, including beginner and open-water sessions. There’s also Adam Antoszewski, a Level 2 Oxygen Advantage teacher and freediver based in Inverness. Another good option is Mara Adventures in Oban, where Laura McGuire teaches Wave-1 and Lap-1 freediving courses. All are within a reasonable distance from Lossiemouth and worth checking out.
