Designed by multi-world record holder Goran Colak to take the ability and existing skills of competent freedivers to the next level with a scientific approach on diet, training, equipment, performance and proper technique. Mr. Colak will introduce and cover the physics and physiology of pool apnea to increase the apneaist mental and physical performances.

Is this coaching session for you?
Your knowledge of competitive free diving training and periodization, supplementation, technique and dive preparation is adequate. You have recently competed or have been training and are disappointed with your performances. You are comfortable with basic freediving and achieve swimming 50m Dynamic Apnea in the pool with relative ease. You have a breath hold of 2 minutes or longer. You’re not sure of extended freediving physiology, physics or training that affect your freedives. You have experience in competitive freediving, Recreational freediving and/or spearfishing and want to further push the limits of your potential with proper training techniques. If so then this is the course for you!

Prerequisites
• Intermediate Freediver or equivalent experience with Competitive Freediving, Recreational Freediving or Spearfishing.
• General comfort in the water a must
• Good health and fitness
• 16 years of age with guardian permission
• Static Apnea (breath-hold) of 2:00 minute dry
• Dynamic Apnea Swim of 50m or more
• Equipment: Weights, monofin or bi-fins (long blade or other) and mask or goggles
Cost – $370
