nearing the end of a static

mad pulsing heartbeart
diaphragm spasming wildly
and we call this fun?

how to recognise a freediver?

longer, bigger fins
tighter, sexier wetsuits
tiny masks and smiles

Deepest Bear's Advice to Freedivers

Eat lots of honey
Only dive with the deepest
stretch, roar, yawn and sleep

competition dive

azure, navy, black.
torch, tag, techie, time to turn.
navy, azure, breathe............................

Hardcore

Freediver, I am
When it rains, I lie facedown
In the spring puddles.

Floating at the top
The sea floor just visible
I want to go there

:D loopy you never cease to amaze me.

The deepest bear floats:
Sam manages a static,
And the bear just floats

This things are hard... :duh

If I ever see
A mermaid singing to me
I will go with thee

(Hey Sam,

I want a Bear shirt
Making up haikus is hard
I will pay you cash! :D)

Thanks Erik!!

Just a few more....

Lust for Neoprene,
Just a fetish for rubber,
at beach or nightclub!

Cold Hands on my Shaft,
I Struggle with the Rubber,
Loading my speargun!

Willer :D

one for the road before hitting the sack

Laminar,
I like the spring puddles haiku, only a true freediver could write that! :)

Here's mine for today:

Sunrays dangle dance
As you look into the depths
Blue light shifts your soul

Thanks Adrian, I like your before-bed inspiration.... :D

Working on a Saturday..... :duh

Foul Weather

A gale rends the sea.
The water boils so fiercely;
Even whales hoard breath.

Telling Jokes Underwater

"I still don't get it."
I snort water in my mask.
Burble, snort, burble.

Donning the Suit

Inspect for odors
Struggling, flailing, and kicking
My balance is lost

moonlit quartet

It's night and the moon is shining, four to dream upon...

Dedicated to camping out on the beach in remote areas.

The moon mirror shines
on a silent ocean night
lead the way stars, home.

ripples on the shore
end their life but there are more,
whispering their roar

My dream is walking -
barefoot over endless sands
traceing peaceful shores

early morning sun,
lighting sea and sky so far
into the distance

Floating for statics,
I see the poor bear shiver:
I'm glad I can pee

:D

Practicing Static,
Girlfriend thinks I'm a Dead Man,
Falling off the couch.....

Willer:D

Dive gear all around
Stinky rubber footpockets
Phew, my room is cool

My first freedive

Peering through the murk
Duck down, kick and glide, I ask
Where are the bubblers?

loopy and amphibious you have me in fits of laughter. I had never realised before that poor deepest bear could not pee to warm up... but then he does have a good layer of adipose tissue to keep him toasty
