Ciao from the Maldives! I re-located here from, you guessed it, the Canadian Arctic, 4 months ago. I've freedived a few times since, but really need a dive partner. Any freedivers in Male? I also scuba. PM me if you game, I have Fridays and Saturdays off :-)

Where would you freedive off Male? Do you take the boat to Vilingili? There is a house reef there to 30m but the current is not always calm...

Are you based in Male? I lived in Male for a month when i was doing my divemaster and the only really half decent nearby place was Vilingili, unless you can make it to picnic island near Bandos. That has a pretty nice house reef as well.
