Freedivers in Dubai

We are trying to set up meets to practice static and dynamics.. we can use the pool at the Jebel Ali Hotel.

We would also like to charter the liveboard for the day to freedive at Musandam, Oman. The approximate cost is 300dhs a person, including day trip and lunch. This would be sometime in August.

Howzit! Is there a group of freedivers in Dubai? Just asking cos' a good friend from South Africa will be passing through in a couple of months and was hoping to do either a bit of freediving or spearing (if allowed!!).
If so i'll point him in the right direction! cheers Golfinho
