Freedivers in Miami ?

Hello, Im looking to find some freedive/spearfishing friends in my area. I am an avid diver, but unfortunently havent been able to get any further than 40 feet in depth, reason being I am afraid to try without people that know what they are doing around. If you have the space, and time please let me know.

How's it going Felix? Are you really a Key Rat? I grew up on the key and still live in Miami. Love to freedive. Hit me back and let's set up a dive sometime
 
Hey Rulo, Yeah I grew up on the Key then went to college came back and it was like i had landed on mars, it had changed so much. Lets get together man, im ready to kill some fish!!!!

Hiya man welcome aboard...you can probably get a few more reponses and perhaps cyberly meet some of the Miami guys in the Miami section ...I usually head out on weekdays in Miami so if your up for a hunt look for my posts
 
I live in the key and im looking for some spots. Im also interested in starting bluewater spearfishing, it would be cool to spear some dolphin or something.Have any of you ever tried it do you know how i can start?

Hi folks,

I will be in Miami on January 25th and 26th (Tuesday and Wednesday) 2011. I am holding an AIDA** certificate and would be happy to find a buddy or a diving school for some relaxed low-risk freediving.

Anyone in the area or any recommondations concerning freediving schools?

I don't live in Miami, but do travel there often!! Next time I'm planning trip I would enjoy joining for some great diving adventures!
