I don't know if any one is interested in this ,but i thought it was pretty cool and worth sharing. The Free divers White Sea bass Conservation Project, aims to help replenish the wsb population using data we collect from our catches. The project was started by Terry Maas and will help scientist gain knowledge as well as help recognize the conservation ethic of spear fisherman.

That was published in 2001. I haven't heard more about it, and I wonder if its still alive?
