Hello all.

I've started doing CO2 tables 3x times a week.
Don't want to limit my training to just these tables and want to combine it with pool sessions.
Due to limited time I am thinking to do these two excercises on the same day: do CO2 tables first and after some rest (20 - 30 minutes) continue with pool diving.

What do you think, is it really bad idea or is it just fine?

thanx

I think you are over thinking this all. Just do these exercises if you think they will help, and dive as much as you need. You aren't going to magically have amazing bottom time just by doing these. So don't expect to turn into a fish. It takes regular practice in the water and proper form and technique.
