After looking into this stuff Ionx is a material that is to encrese our muscle performance and efficiency by aiding blood circulation thru a ionisation process which is built into the material of the clothing. Under lab tests it has shown to encores a persons performance by 2%. To the point were I found it was banned in football due to the advantage it gives Portsmouth football team were the last ones to ever use it.

My theory is that if it does what it says on the tin then it will make our blood flow better which mean the hart has to work less to get it around which in turn uses less oxygen also less alarm build up in the legs on the accent

My experience with it my girlfriends son has this for his rugby I put my arm in the materiel and it gives a strange tingling sensation straight away so it must be doing some thing also I noticed a increase in his sprint speed and endurance fluk or fact I don't know

So let's hear the your thoughts on this

Sorry about my grammar and spelling

I don't want to come across all negative or anything, but i'd like to think of freediving as a pure sport that shouldn't be any more complicated than good solid honest training mixed in with a good nights sleep and healthy eating habbits.
Any results achived any other way wouldn't have come from my own effort, and would hold no value to me

only a diver (by diving, training, diet, preparation)can improve his diving .
it is naive to think anything else....portsmouth fc were relegated mate and looked like relegation candidates anually .. keep away from the ionx theorem ;)
come to the pool get out in the green improve dive after dive .

Agree largely but then why have all the different rubber and coating and different fins ect
