Hi !
Recently I watched a video of Guillaume Nery and I was blown away ! I decided I wanted to learn how to safely Freedive with a Pro.
However, before doing that I wanted to learn how to hold my breath for 4 minutes (static apnea).
I document my progress and made a video of it (you can check it out on: https://cutt.ly/gjUFtrJ

Now, I just moved to Portugal (Lisbon) and I want to meet people who love Freediving, and start my learning process with an instructor.
I would also love to be able to make a video about freediving!

Thank you @Stephan Whelan Aka. Papa Smurf Yes I will post another challenge soon (about Freediving) --> I actually got in touch with Stefane Mifsud (Do you know him?), I think he would be a great teacher considering that he got so many Champions Titles !!

Thank you for having shared with me this guide on breathing for freediving! I went through it and it is very useful! (especially the part about how to "warm-up" before a dive.

Where are you based yourself? I just moved to Lisbon and I think there must be amazing freedive adventures around Portugal
