Hi all. After a bit of information.

I'm going to the Bay of Islands in Honduras soon to learn how to Scuba dive, but at the same time I'd like to get a couple of days instruction on freediving just for the to make it a bit safer for myself.

I've been freediving on and off for the past five years and can get down to thity metres. I'm just snorkleller and I have little interest in getting much deeper.

If anyone knows a good dive shop or contact in either Roatan or Utila, I'd love to know.

Graham

I've been on Utila couple of years ago and did not see any freediver courses there in that time. There is a member from Utila on APNEA.cz, so you may try asking him directly. His user name is Tol, and he is under the same login here on DB too.

I remember seeing a couple of dive shops on Utila running freedive clinics...
