Freediving Course in Sicily

Ciambra Apnea and Vertical Blue are organising an Apnea Academy freediving course in the stunning waters of Marettimo, one of the Egadi islands off the west coast of Sicily.

• Course dates: 24-27 August
• Instructors: William Trubridge, Jimmy Montanti, Mike Lott (all Apnea Academy instructors)
• Level of ability: beginner-advanced
• Cost: TBA
• Water Temperature: 24-27°C
• Visibility: 20 - 35m

Practical lessons will involve open water sessions every morning, and yoga and lung stretching exercises in the evenings. Theory lessons are taken from the Apnea Academy didactic system.
Students have the opportunity to perform dives in Unassisted Constant Ballast (No Fins), as well as Constant Ballast and Free Immersion.

The price will be no more than 250 euro (hopefully 200), and theory lessons will be taught in English and Italian. There are still a couple of places available, but get in quick!
