Hey i just finished my FII level 2 course and wanted to say i had an amazing experience. Several people on this site and spearboard had mentioned i should take the course. After taking the course i would recommend taking it to anyone. I broke my personal record in depth and static. At my depth record i felt very comfortable and know i can go further safely. I learned a ton about freediving and just wanted to thank people for their suggestions, and tell other beginners that a course is the easiest and most efficient way to bring your diving to a whole new level; as well as learning how to deal with be much safer.
