Hi,
I have been trying some freediving during my 5 months working in Fiji, came to 19m/4 minutes. I would like to get a bit better in this and a little more professional/saver. I was therefore wondering what courses are there available. Especially time and location. I will be spending some time in Auckland/north of auckland in May, otherwise in California (been years ago in contact with this couple who lived on the penisula there). Other opions would be in Europe.
Is there somewhere a list with all current course organisers?

Kind regard,
Jip

Hey, what a great bunch of opportunities!

If you decide that the PFD course is interesting, I have cheap accomodations in Kona, Hawaii. Check out my listing here at deeperblue.net under "Beach Bar" click on "Come Dive in Kona!". I leased a house and want to invite freedivers to come and hang out...

I have had a number of deeperblue denizens inquire and several have already committed to visiting so the house will be freediver friendly...several PFD clinic attendees have already reserved for the May PFD class but I have two rooms left.

And that invitation goes for the rest of you as well.... come and dive and hangout with other freedivers. Every Sunday there is a gathering of local divers as well who meet to practice so the chance for community and interaction is very good....
