Hi all.

It looks like I have to go to Gibraltar for work for a couple of months. I will be flying somewhere in the second half of January. Are there any freedivers or freedive clubs based there who I can join to do some training?

Regards,

Arjen

There are quite many very good spearfishers...
Search for "Shane Shacaluca" on youtube, vimeo, videodipesca or the like.
A lot of the Gib Spearos are in the "Medfish.com" - forum. They must now if there are any freedivers on the rock...

Good luck, - they have spectacular wreck diving, bad visibility, chilly water, lots of current and many many fish :)

I second the above; the spearos, and shane in particular, know the area inside out and would be a good place to start as the area is prone to strong currents!

Shane is very easy to find, be up very early down the dock and look for the dude in the pink wetsuit rofl

He's a great guy seriously, look him up :)
