The better trained you are – the more you will enjoy freediving. Be with us!
The Club unites individuals passionate for free diving, marine sports, marine wildlife, underwater scenarios and recreation. It provides an opportunity to share hard-earned expertise, to train and dive together safely.

The aim of the Club is to unite enthusiasts of free diving from all over Ireland, to train and challenge themselves physically and mentally, to understand better the marine environment, some to overcome fears and to become more comfortable in the water. The club provides training in key techniques.

The Club also hopes to attract free divers and non-diving persons interested in free diving to obtain mental and physical skills and to test themselves in new and unexpected ways.

Freediving is just as much a sport as it is recreation and having a wonderful experience. As in all sports, you have to train to get better. The better trained you are - the more you will enjoy freediving. Having a fit body will help you in many ways. Also, being in good shape and feeling strong and healthy is the best confidence you can have, no matter if you’re a deep, -pool or recreational freediver.
