Do you mean Margarita Island in Venezuela?
I can give you some contacts to dive there, but for sure thare are no good shops.
I sell equipment in Venezuela form the States and my representative lives in Margarita, but I do not think that you could find good shops.
At least there was not any since I came to USA, two tears ago. You can find one good shop in Caracas.
