Freediving in Portugal (Porto)

Hi everyone,

it first my message in that forum

On monday, i'm going to Portugal for a week and want to try for freediving in atlantic ocean. meybe somebody can told me places where can i go or is it posible 1st time do it alone ( i mean first time in ocean ). meybe there are some people who can can help or somth.

Hey Arturas,

Welcome to DB, for a start
I can't tell You where to go in Portugal, but I generally recommend not doing any diving by Yourself, especially when You're just starting.

One of the main reasons is that It's generally less fun, the other is that it's not safe at all to try anything new alone.
If You've never snorkelled or dived before, I recommend looking for someone experienced to start with.

i mean, that i have never dive in the ocean. only lakes and rivers
