Hi there. I'm a freediver living in Cancun. Russian-Canadian. Thinking of exploring underground rivers network of Quintana Roo at the Yucatan peninsula surrounding Cancun area.

Let me know if you have any experience or interested in participation.

Wow sounds very interesting. Never heard of freediving explorers there though.
Have seen some documentarys and in all of them they where scuba diving there. I dont really know much about diving at all and not to speak of cancun :D but i think u should really prepare such trips well. Besides im sure its freaking awesome with such cristal clear water and this caves. Anyway i dont think you should go deep inside bc u really cant tell if u can find places to breathe bc many of this systems are all flooded all the way to the top especially if you get deeper inside. But besides that i really think it would be a great experience.
Hope u have a nice trip and find someone who comes along,
Bela
