Where to freediving in US/World during Medical clerkship

Hey guys
I'm a medical student and thinking of doing part of my practical year abroad. Could you tell me what would be good destinations to train and work in a hospital at the same time in US or the Americas, I have enquired at the town next to dean's blue hole, I'm also checking Dahab hospital in eagypt. It's a ton of paper work but these locations would be ideal, i'm also thinking of Wellington NZ. Does any one have other ideas. In the US Florida (kirk and mandy are there...)/ Hawai come to my mind... Vancouver would be an option in Canada...
Ideal would be a country/city where some quality of Education is garanted.

I do speak English,German,French,Polish

Best regards from switzerland
