lol for newbie people like me that do not know all the shorthand words. someone said if you hold your breath with LMC/BO you will get brain damge. i don't know what LMC/BO means.

i don't think there will be a lot of these words, but i just don't want to ask every time i see a something new. so if you would just post some abbreviations of words .. they can be well use ones or not as.. thanks!
