Me & my girl are actually trying to move to Hawaii 
We were in Maui a couple of months ago & we love it, but we're going to visit Oahu to check that out. Might be an easier transition, plus I already have a friend out there I don't spear, more into freediving, but would love to meet & dive with ya when we visit!

I'm just getting into spearfishing, went a few time on Kona with friends but looking to get into it on Oahu. SO let me know if you would be interested in a buddy to go with.
