Can anyone out there inform me of any freediving magazines? I am in New Zealand and the only thing that comes close is mags based around spearfishing.

Adam (Kiwi man),

Hands down, .............order Hawaii Skin Diver magazine! The magazine is so informational and beautifully laid out that each one ends up as a collectable. They offer previous issues and myself and many of the spearos I know have ended up buying older issues that we didn't have. The magazine also consistently wins awards in the trade publication industry for being such a beautiful and well organized magazine.

From what I was told, they have developed a huge following down under!

Thanks Jim but that magazine is about killing fish and thats not what I am into. I want a freediving specific magazine. I will dive with fish killers but only as freedivers. Leave the guns at home. I dive to commune with the ocean not to destroy it. There are enough people doing that!:vangry Any fish is so much more valuable alive than dead.
That said it is not the killing of fish specifically that I oppose. I am against killing the wild fish because their stocks are dangerously depleted. I do love a farmed salmon. I hope to eat more fish in the future as fish farming becomes a more well regulated industry.
One day maybe wild stocks will recover but certainly not if we continue raping the seas as we are now!
