I ask, because if you provide lacking 'instruction' people may start to feel secure with only partial techniques or even faulty techniques.
I recommend you double check your text with an actual instructor, or two before making the video.
I admire your courage in taking up this gauntlet, from many video makers resign because they fear liability.
This would be a video where I would put a disclaimer in front and at the end of.
However I feel secure in sharing what I would do as a buddy to safe my friend. And I'm also comfortable with sharing how I go about keeping my own dives safe. I think I would also add information how to limit risk when diving alone, though diving alone is by it's nature many times more dangerous. At least split the video up in pool and outdoors.
For the pool you can also discus or hint at 'pool politics', where you explain how your lifeguards and public pools in Sweden are in regard to freediving, and what these people worry about, and how to to have good relations with them.
