Does anyone know of or can recommend a good freediving school in Bali? A couple of my friends are traveling to Bali and would like to do a freediving course. I found a school based in Sanur which isn't too far from the area where my friends will be staying. Has anyone heard of Fusion Freediving or know of their quality? Seems to have solid reviews on TripAdvisor. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Freefalling,

I have just done an SSI Level 2 course with Rose and Emile at Fusion Freediving. I have taken courses and training with other people but Fusion Freediving was head and shoulders above the rest of the competition. I have no hesitation in recommending them. They are extremely professional and you will come away a much better diver.

Hi Marineboy,

Thanks for the recommendation. Sounds very convincing. :) I'll make sure they check out the school. Happy diving!

there are some FD schools there.. just have a look on FB.. it may "apnea bali" http://www.facebook.com/ApneaBali## (w/out the #) there is Julia here.. the place is in sanu, Bali..
ah, i`ve a plan for this 28 december.. doing FD in tulamben, in the USS lyberty wreck. i`ve been there before.. and it was awesome that you can freedive through the wreck (um, yeah.. Fusion Freediving is close enough to tulamben)
#sorry for my bad english :)

Mike Board at Freedive Gili Trawangan is the British national record holder.

Julia at Apnea Bali has trained with Sara Campbell in Dahab. She is experienced, thorough, knowledgeable and has an enjoyable sense of humor.

You've already looked up Fusion Freediving.

Those are all I know

Hai

located in Sanur you will find Oli Christen. AIDA Instructor. I did my ** last year with him at Gili Air.

FREEDIVE FLOW BALI

In the moment he 's teaching in Gili Air.

I had a lot of fun with him making the course and recommend his lessons.

greets

Do yourself a favor....just go and see Mat in Amed (apneista.com)

Thinking of going back there to do my no-limits this year.

PS: wait till after the wet season though (mid-April should be ok)
