Hi folks,
Here is my situation. I just discovered how to do a frenzel equalization (not sure if im doing mouthfill unconsciously) since im confused with Regular and Mouthfill frenzel as I do it like (transfer the air from my mouth to my nasal cavity then push the air upwards feeling). Now my problem is that I can easily and effortlessly clear my left ear (tested it submerging in water in a 5m pool) but I am having a hard time clearing my right.
Now, when I try to do this on dry land, I need to do a quite strong equalize for both ears to pop, or when I try to do the frenzel, when the left ear pops, I lean my head to my left and my right ear pops after wards but with sorta crackling, sticky sound.
Does this mean that my Eustachian tube in my right has mucus build up or blocked? Also, when I successfully pop my right ear, I can't normalize the pressure right away (voluntary) even with yawning and takes a few minutes before it normalizes and the sound of popping on my right ear is more pronounced than my left.
Any tips for me to help me on this? This is what I am trying to overcome. I just recently achieved reaching the floor of a 5m pool (yes, this is a big achievement for me and deepest so far for me) and would like to advance more but I need to overcome this challenge regarding my right ear as Id like to clear both in 1 frenzel action.
Thank you.
