Hello Spearos,
I am a spearo from Poland where there is no spearfishing club or organization.
I have been spearfishing for many years,always alone.
I suppose that in Poland and in the North of the Czech Republik there are a lot of spearos.And I am looking for such people.
I would like to gather some of them and form a club or even spearfishing organization.
They may look at spearfishing pages or perhaps some of you know such guys.
I cant rely on scuba clubs or scuba magazines support as far as I know.
I live in Tychy,The Upper Silesia area in South Poland,70 km North to the Czech border.
I will be grateful for help.

Please drop a line here if you manage to find a nice dive spot with good visibility in Czech. And do you have some infos about spearfishing regulations there? Is it allowed at all?

I don't know about the spearfishing organizations, but Poland is one of the most regular participants in the Silver Amphora International Spearfishing Cup here in Bulgaria. As a matter of fact the 2005 edition takes place today... The captain of the team is Voitech Pstrokonski and is undoubtedly the veteran of the even - he has been participating for so so many years. You should also check the CMAS.org website whether there is an organization in Poland present. In order to participate in the Silver Amphora your should be a CMAS member.
