Hi everybody!

My name is Enrique and I quite a beginner in free diving, every time that I get a chance get into the blue. Due to my job I have the opportunity to travel around the globe and get in water in several places, some of them quite cold for my taste.

I haven´t got the chance to have a formal training with a free diver instructor, that's way I surf the web to find out training techniques to improve my capabilities (probably am doing it all wrong)

My home town is in Venezuela and looking more information on free diving.

Hello and welcome on DB... It is good to learn through web but you need to have experienced buddy with you to do it properly and safely, but the best way to do it is to go through professional course...

I am beginner as well but there are many professional people who can help you all the way...
